Wonderful Vietnam Trip with Vietnamtour We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Vietnamtour and would highly recommend them for anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. We explored Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, Ba Na Hills, Hoi An and Phu Quoc, and every part of the trip was well planned and executed. A special mention to Quin, our travel agent, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the trip. From airport transfers and hotels to food, sightseeing and all the little details, everything was taken care of very well. She was always available whenever we needed assistance, even when we faced an unexpected flight-related issue that was outside the package. Awesome Vietnam experience Awesome arrangement by Doris our travel partner from Seni world. Since we travel also with my kid they have really kept that in mind in making the itenary so that it is not so much hectic. Listening to my every request and making that happen in no time is something i really wanted to appreciate. Hotels transportation has been top notch and we really enjoyed a lot. Even if something due to any adhoc circumstances could not beas per plan Doris and her tour operator nicely arranged the alternative which really helped a lot. Will defintely recommend seni world and Doris for any future tour plan . Also special mention for our tour guide in Sapa Mi who treated us with utmost care and make the day memorable for us.

Even after our trip ended, she checked on our whereabouts, our return flights, and whether we had reached home safely.

Enjoyed We enjoyed this short trip. Flights, road travel, hotels all were good. We had two senior citizens with us. They were very comfortable during the travel. Wheel chairs were also provided wherever required/requested. The guides were very interactive with good communication skills and good knowledge of their country as well as world.
