Vietnamtours curated this trip for my girls group based on our priorities and needs.. we did not want the complete package as we had our own plans in btn, everything was accommodated perfectly by Emi. She is a kind soul and was assisting throughout the trip and helped us to coordinate with the driver and our guide! Even the minor changes we requested on the day were happily incorporated based on their availability. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed every bit of Vietnam ! Fabulous trip, a fascinating country well worth a visit.
Our tour operator Athena, from Seni World arranged a great trip for myself and my son. We had fun, saw many attractions and experienced both the cities and smaller villages. The attraction were ranging from cycling to a Pagoda, to overnight on Halong Bay and seeing the lanterns in Hoi An. Finally we ended our trip in Ho Chi Minh. I am very grateful to Athena for her care and constant contact to advise us of any changes, let us know the tour guide names and registration numbers, to make sure we take the correct taxi's and join the correct tour group. Great Experience with Seni
It was our first trip to Vietnam. We had a good time there....all the arrangements about hotel and sightseeing were great. I would specially like to thank Lisa for accommodating our last minute request to change the itenerary at Danang due to delay in our flight. VIETNAM....A BEAUTIFUL PARADISE OF SOUTH EAST ASIA
It was a very memorable visit to Vietnam. We were given very good and reasonable pricing. We were very well briefed abt all the details by Nancy. Nancy is a very hard working, sincere, polite, intelligent, girl. She was available on whattsup on all days when I was in Vietnam. Even on Sundays. She planned all my days in vietnam perfectly. She took care of smallest of queries from me . She use to send the plan for next on previous day. Everything...bus details, guides name, number, arrival, d3parture, destination, of pick up driver of cab and the bus guide. Food tastes being different, there are number of Indian hotels, north Indian, south induan, so food was not a big problem. Breakfast were complimentary and very healthy. Hotel restaurants where we stayed were ckezn, and hygiene was followed strictly. Nancy is very knowledgeable, and fast and takes action quickly. She gad all the details of Indian hotels nearby, to markets to places to visit in spre time. She was in touch with hotel staff and told them to take good care of us. All your tour guides and drivers oc vehicles gave been very good, polite and helpful. I will surely make visit to Vietnam. Vietnam is a clean country, disciplined and respectful country. It's a country which despite so many wars, has time and again stood up and progressed. 1st leader of Vietnam, late Mr. Ho Chi Minh will be immortal for his sacrifice for the nation. Excellent itinerary, guidance and support from vietnamtour.in by Miss Gwen. Gwen was very humble and polite. I was having very short time for planning my travel and make my trip told that It will take minimum ten days for visa process. But Gwen did it for me in three working days. I customised my itinerary for 1-2 places. I travelled to hanoi from india visited ninh binh, Halong Bay, Da nang, Hoi An, and ended with Ho chi minh city. If you love peace and want serene environment to explore the places and local culture, then Hoi An is the best place. Also, Hoi An was my best place. If you love to explore little adventure then Ninh binh, Da nang Bana hills must visit place. Ho chi minh city is for night life and party people. Mine was 9 day tour. If you want 6 day tour with not rushing to cover all places then visit only Hanoi, Da nang and Hoi An. If you have only 3-4 days, visit only Da nang and Hoi An. If you have a month please cover Northern part such as Sapa and some islands in the east.
