Hạ Long Carnaval 2025 Set for May 1

Ha Long Carnaval 2025 will take place on 1st May at Sun Carnival Square and Vo Nguyen Giáp Street in Bai Chay, Ha Long City.

With the theme “Connecting Heritage, Leading the Way to Shine,” the festival will feature a grand opening, DJ performances, high-altitude fireworks, a masquerade ball, flash mobs, and interactive activities like body painting and mask-making.

The 90-minute event will be broadcast live at 8:10 PM on Quảng Ninh’s media channels. As a signature culture-tourism event, Hạ Long Carnaval promotes local heritage and strengthens Quang Ninh’s position as an international festival destination.

In 2025, the province aims to welcome 20 million tourists, including 4.5 million international visitors, with projected tourism revenue of VNĐ55 trillion (US$2.2 billion).
