It was our first trip to Vietnam. It was an amazing experience. We received the best advice from Xavia Our the consultant. She organized and planned our trip so effectively that we were really engrossed in it. This was the best experience my parents had . They went on a vacation with seni world on their 25 years anniversary, They had their best Time . The best travel service I have ever received. The tour was super well organised and professional.
Lyn and Trang put together a tour for my 60th that also included Cambodia. To say it was well organised is an understatement- all airport pick up and drop off were super easy and exactly timed. The guides were professional and informative and what I liked most is that all hotels, excursions, entry fees etc were pre-paid and super organised. I was even sent a cake for my birthday. Family trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.
We had never been on a family holiday to the East. All our worries or concerns we completely taken away from the moment we applied and requested assistance. The team were so accomodating, went out of their way to customize the tour for us. Once the holidayh started, they were in constant contact. Never had to ask for anything. All pick ups were there - having first contacted us to check/inform. Our host Huyen was incredible. Avaliable day and night to assist. On free days they gave suggestions, but never pushed that you go through them. On holidays like these, service makes the most impact - it allows one to the take in all the amazing, sights, sounds an wonders that you really are there for. This company will NOT let you down. Best Tour Operators for Vietnam !
