Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s charming capital. Upon arrival, you and your partner will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Standard hotel check-in time is around 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

The rest of the day is free for both of you to relax after the journey, settle in comfortably, or enjoy some easy time together at your own pace.

Day 2: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu - Trang an) (Private Tour) (B)

After breakfast, you and your partner will head to Ninh Binh, a region known for its historical importance and dramatic natural beauty.

The first stop is Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, once the capital of Vietnam. Here, both of you can explore the historic temples of King Dinh and King Le while enjoying the atmosphere of this former royal center and discovering an important part of the country’s past together.

Around midday, time is available for lunch at a local restaurant at your own expense.

In the afternoon, the journey continues to Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site celebrated for its limestone mountains, winding rivers, and cave systems. A boat ride through Trang An brings you and your partner into a peaceful landscape of natural tunnels, green waterways, and striking scenery, creating one of the most relaxing and memorable shared moments of the day.

Later in the day, return to Hanoi by private car.

Day 2: Hanoi - Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu - Trang an) (Private Tour) (B)

An early morning departure takes you and your partner from Hanoi to Sapa by private car. Along the way, the route follows the highway toward Lao Cai, with comfort breaks included to keep the journey smooth and comfortable.

As you approach Sapa, beautiful views of valleys and terraced rice fields begin to unfold. Upon arrival in Sapa Town, the mountain setting and colorful traditional costumes of local ethnic communities create a memorable welcome for both of you.

After lunch at your own expense and hotel check-in procedures, the afternoon continues with a visit to Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong people. This walking experience gives you and your partner a closer look at local daily life in one of Sapa’s most well-known villages. The route leads down into the valley, where you can see a waterfall, a historic hydraulic power station built by the French, and beautiful mountain surroundings that make the experience especially enjoyable for couples traveling together.

After the village visit, return to Sapa Town.

After breakfast, you and your partner will transfer to the cable car station for one of Sapa’s most iconic experiences.

The cable car ride to Fansipan offers spectacular mountain views as both of you ascend toward the highest peak in Indochina. Upon reaching the upper station, time is available to admire the scenery, take photos, and visit the pagoda area. From here, the journey continues with the climb up the remaining steps to Fansipan Peak, known as the Roof of Indochina.

After time at the summit, return by cable car to Sapa Town. Lunch is at your own expense, followed by hotel check-out.

In the afternoon, the drive back to Hanoi begins, with comfort breaks along the way.

Day 4: Sapa - Fansipan Peak by Cable Car - Hanoi (Private Tour) (B)

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong (Private Transfer, no Guide) - Overnight on Cruise (Shared Cruise) (B, L, D)

Today, you and your partner will leave Hanoi for Halong Bay by private transfer via the expressway. The drive is comfortable and takes around 2.5 to 3 hours, giving both of you a relaxed start to the cruise experience.

Upon arrival, boarding begins for your overnight cruise through the stunning seascape of limestone islands and emerald waters. Lunch is served on board as the cruise moves through one of Vietnam’s most iconic landscapes, allowing you to enjoy the scenery together.

During the afternoon, time is available for activities such as kayaking, cave exploration, swimming, or simply relaxing on the sundeck. This part of the journey gives you and your partner a nice balance of activity and downtime in a truly scenic setting. As evening falls, dinner is served on board in the peaceful atmosphere of the bay.

The night is spent in a comfortable cruise cabin surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Halong Bay, creating a memorable cruise experience for couples.

The morning begins with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises over the bay. After breakfast, the cruise continues and includes another scenic stop before returning to the harbor.

Later in the morning, check-out is followed by brunch on board. After disembarkation, the return journey to Hanoi takes place by private transfer via the expressway.
