People often think working in travel is all about beautiful destinations and exciting vacations. In reality, it’s about solving problems, managing expectations, and making hundreds of small decisions that come together to create one unforgettable journey.

That’s exactly what drew me into this industry.

When I joined Vietnamtour.in, I wasn’t aiming to simply sell tour packages. I wanted to understand what makes a trip memorable. So I immersed myself in every part of the process—learning destinations, studying hotel operations, working with suppliers, handling visa inquiries, coordinating flights, and most importantly, listening to travelers.

Over time, I found myself working closely with the Indian market, where I discovered that successful travel planning isn’t about offering the most attractions. It’s about understanding people. A honeymoon couple, a three-generation family, or a group of friends can all visit the same destination, yet each deserves a completely different experience.

That mindset changed the way I work. Instead of asking, “Which itinerary should I recommend?” I started asking, “What kind of memories do they want to bring home?”

Today, my journey has grown beyond planning holidays. As a Sales Leader, I have the opportunity to guide new travel consultants, share what experience has taught me, and build a team that values responsibility, creativity, and genuine customer care.

For me, success isn’t measured by the number of tours I sell. It’s measured by the trust our partners place in us, the smiles travelers take home, and the people who grow alongside me every day.
