Vietnam Family Wonderland: A 10-Day Journey from South to North

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam! Upon your arrival, your family will be warmly welcomed by your guide and comfortably transferred to your hotel. After completing check-in according to the hotel’s standard time (approximately 14:00 – 15:00), the rest of the day is free at leisure.

This gentle start allows both adults and children to rest after the journey or explore nearby surroundings at a relaxed pace.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the morning, your family will begin a scenic journey of approximately two hours from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho, passing through lush rice fields along the way.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a relaxing Mekong River cruise, where vibrant local life unfolds along the riverbanks. The journey passes by the famous Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix Islands, offering a fascinating introduction to the delta.

At Unicorn Island, your family will visit a coconut candy workshop, enjoy a peaceful rowing boat ride through natural canals, and sample seasonal tropical fruits while listening to traditional Southern Vietnamese music. A visit to a local bee farm provides a chance to learn about beekeeping and taste fresh honey.

In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City with a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest pagoda in the Mekong Delta, known for its unique blend of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architecture.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Your family will be transferred by private driver (no guide) to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight to Phu Quoc.

Upon arrival, another driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in (approximately 14:00 – 15:00), the remainder of the day is free for relaxation.

This is the perfect time for your family to unwind and enjoy the tropical island atmosphere.

Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.

In the morning, your driver will pick up your family and transfer you to Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, a vast semi-wildlife park. You will spend 2-4 hours exploring different zones, where animals live in natural habitats, offering both educational and entertaining experiences for children and adults.

Arriving early allows your family to observe animals at their most active and capture memorable photos.

In the afternoon, continue to VinWonders Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s largest theme park. Here, your family will enjoy a wide range of attractions, from thrilling rides to immersive themed zones suitable for all ages. Children and adults alike will be delighted by a visit to the fascinating aquarium, where colorful marine life can be observed up close, along with the enchanting mermaid show, creating a magical and memorable experience for the whole family.

After a fun-filled day, return to your hotel.

Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.

At around 08:00, your family will be picked up from the hotel and visit Pearl Center, the largest showroom in Phu Quoc.

By 09:00, arrive at An Thoi Harbor and begin your island-hopping adventure. At Namaste Islet, you may experience seawalking (optional). Continue to Fingernail Island (Mong Tay Island), known for its calm waters and soft sandy beaches, ideal for families.

Next, visit Gam Ghi Island for snorkeling among colorful coral reefs, followed by May Rut Trong or May Rut Ngoai Island, famous for its long beach and coconut-lined scenery.

Afterward, enjoy a buffet lunch at Hon Thom Island.

In the afternoon, explore Aquatopia Water Park, the largest water theme park in Southeast Asia, offering more than 20 exciting attractions for both children and adults.

The highlight of the day is a scenic cable car ride (approximately 25 minutes), where your family can admire breathtaking ocean views and a magical sunset from above.

You will also visit Sunset Town, where colorful Mediterranean-style architecture and coastal charm create a fun and picturesque setting.

At around 18:00, return to your hotel.

Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

Enjoy free time until your driver transfers your family to the airport for your flight to Da Nang.

Upon arrival, your guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in (subject to standard timing). Meals are at your own arrangement.

The rest of the day is free, allowing your family to relax or explore the coastal city at your own pace.

Overnight in Da Nang.

In the morning, your family will travel to Ba Na Hills (approximately 45 minutes). Upon arrival, take a scenic cable car ride to the mountaintop resort, offering breathtaking views of mountains and forests.

At the summit, you will visit the iconic Golden Bridge, explore the charming French Village, and enjoy fun attractions at Fantasy Park, making it especially enjoyable for children. A visit to Linh Ung Pagoda adds a peaceful cultural touch.

Lunch will be served at a shared buffet restaurant, with options including both local and Indian cuisine.

Note: Alpine coaster, wine cellar, wax museum, and paid games are excluded.

Return to Da Nang in the afternoon.

Enjoy free time until your private transfer takes your family to the airport for your flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival, your guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in (subject to standard timing). Meals are in your own arrangement.

The remainder of the day is free, allowing your family to relax before the next adventure.

Overnight in Hanoi.

At around 05:00, your private driver will pick up your family for a journey to Halong Bay.

By 08:00, check in at the lounge before boarding a 5-star day cruise. At 09:00, enjoy a light breakfast while cruising through the magnificent limestone karsts of Halong Bay.

At 10:30, visit Sung Sot Cave, followed by Titov Island at 11:30, where your family can swim or enjoy panoramic views.

At 12:00, savor a premium lunch onboard while passing scenic landscapes.

In the afternoon, explore Luon Cave by kayaking (optional) or bamboo boat (optional). At 14:30, enjoy live music or join a cooking demonstration onboard.

At 16:00, disembark and return to Hanoi. Dinner is at your own arrangement.

Enjoy your final day at leisure until your driver transfers your family to the airport for your departure flight.
