Vietnam Family Carnival: 9 Days from Hanoi to Phu Quoc Wonderland

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam. Upon arrival, your family will be warmly greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in, following the standard hotel timing (approximately 14:00 – 15:00). After a short rest, the exploration of Hanoi begins.

The first stop takes you to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where your family will visit key landmarks including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from outside), the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, and the iconic One Pillar Pagoda. Each site offers valuable insights into Vietnam’s history and culture.

Next, continue to the famous Train Street, where you can witness the unique sight of a train passing through a narrow residential street. You may also enjoy a cup of coffee at a local café here (at your own expense), creating a memorable and interactive experience.

After that, a walking tour through the Old Quarter allows your family to explore bustling streets, traditional shops, and colonial architecture. The tour concludes with a comfortable transfer back to your hotel.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Your day begins with a comfortable transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay via the expressway (approximately 2.5 – 3 hours), arranged with a private driver (no guide).

Upon arrival, board the cruise and begin your journey through the breathtaking seascape of limestone islands rising from emerald waters. While cruising, you will enjoy a delicious lunch featuring local cuisine.

In the afternoon, your family can participate in a variety of activities such as kayaking, cave exploration, swimming, or simply relaxing on the sundeck while enjoying the panoramic views.

As evening approaches, a special dinner prepared by the cruise chef will be served onboard. You will then spend the night in a comfortable cabin, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Halong Bay.

Note: The cruise itinerary may vary depending on the cruise route (Halong Bay, Lan Ha Bay, or Bai Tu Long Bay). An English-speaking guide will be available onboard.

Overnight on cruise in Halong Bay.

Start your day with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises over the bay, creating a refreshing and memorable family moment. After breakfast, continue cruising and visit another scenic attraction within the bay.

At around 09:30, you will check out from your cabin, followed by a brunch served onboard at approximately 10:00. Shortly after, the cruise returns to the harbor, marking the end of your Halong Bay journey.

You will then transfer back to Hanoi via the expressway (no guide).

Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will have free time until your driver transfers your family to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. After landing, your driver and guide will welcome you and escort you to your hotel for check-in (subject to standard hotel timing). Meals are in your own arrangement.

Overnight in Da Nang.

At 15:00, your driver and guide will pick up your family from the hotel and begin the afternoon excursion.

The first stop is Marble Mountains, where you will explore Thuy Son via a round-trip elevator. Inside, discover beautiful caves, historic pagodas, and learn about the spiritual connections between Buddhism and Hinduism.

Next, continue to Hoi An Ancient Town. Your family will visit Phuc Kien Pagoda, Phung Hung Ancient House, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and the local museum. A walk through the Central Market and charming streets offers opportunities for shopping and cultural exploration.

As evening approaches, enjoy free time at the night market before taking a boat ride along the Hoai River. Releasing flower lanterns becomes a meaningful experience, symbolizing wishes for good luck and happiness.

Dinner is included at an Indian or local restaurant.

Later in the evening, attend the spectacular Hoi An Memories Show (ECO class), a large-scale outdoor performance featuring over 500 performers. Through music, dance, and storytelling, the show presents the 400-year history of Hoi An, from a rural village to a thriving international trading port.

After the show, return to your hotel.

Overnight in Da Nang.

In the morning, your family will travel approximately 45 minutes from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills. Upon arrival, a scenic cable car ride takes you to the mountaintop resort, offering breathtaking panoramic views.

At the top, visit the iconic Golden Bridge, explore the charming French Village, and enjoy a variety of attractions at Fantasy Park suitable for all ages. A visit to Linh Ung Pagoda adds a peaceful cultural element to the day.

Lunch will be served at a shared buffet restaurant, with options including both local and Indian cuisine.

Note: Alpine coaster, wine cellar, wax museum, and paid games are excluded.
Tour duration: approximately 7 – 7.5 hours.

Return to Da Nang in the afternoon.

Overnight in Da Nang.

You will have free time until your driver (no guide) transfers your family to the airport for your flight to Phu Quoc.

Upon arrival, your driver will welcome you and escort you to your hotel for check-in (subject to standard timing). The remainder of the day is free at leisure.

In the evening, your driver will take you to Grand World Phu Quoc, a vibrant entertainment complex. Here, your family can explore Urban Park, admire contemporary art, and visit the Legend of Bamboo structure for photos.

You will also have the opportunity to watch the spectacular Venice Color Show and explore the lively night market, where you can sample local street food (at your own expense).

Note: Optional activities such as the Teddy Bear Museum, gondola rides, and shows are not included.

Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

At 08:00, your guide will pick up your family for a full-day island adventure. Begin with a visit to a pearl center before heading to An Thoi Harbor.

From there, board a boat to explore four beautiful islands. At Namaste Islet, you may try seawalking (optional). Continue to Mong Tay Island for beach relaxation, Gam Ghi Island for snorkeling among colorful coral reefs, and May Rut Island for its long sandy beach lined with coconut trees.

After arriving at Hon Thom Island, enjoy a buffet lunch before visiting Aquatopia Water Park.

Later, take a scenic cable car ride (approximately 25 minutes) back to the mainland while enjoying breathtaking sea views.

The journey continues to Sunset Town, where Mediterranean-style architecture creates a unique setting. Visit landmarks such as the Clock Tower and Kissing Bridge, explore shops and cafés, and enjoy sunset views.

In the evening, attend the spectacular “Kiss of the Sea” show, featuring water effects, light projections, live performances, and fireworks.

Return to your hotel after the show.

Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

In the morning, your family will visit Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc. With your driver and guide, you will explore this vast semi-wild park for 2–4 hours, observing animals in natural habitats. Early visits offer the best opportunity to see active wildlife. (Note: bus service in the zoo area is excluded.)

In the afternoon, continue to VinWonders Phu Quoc, the largest theme park in Vietnam. With a wide variety of rides, games, and themed zones, the park offers entertainment for all ages.

After a full day of fun and exploration, return to your hotel.

Overnight in Phu Quoc Island.

Today is free at leisure until your driver (no guide) transfers your family to the airport for your departure flight.

Check-out follows the hotel’s standard timing (approximately 11:00 – 12:00). Meals are at your own arrangement.
