The best part is that lan is available 24×7. At every step she helped us to finding vegetarian food, our place of interest, the weather. Our flight details and taxis are on her tips so we actually were traveling hassle free and safety. I don’t think any Indian company can help us this way. They are not in Vietnam so don’t know what safety we should take.
Best part was meeting nana who was our travel advisor, she managed everything from finding best tourist places and restaurants to make great itinerary. Halong bay cruise was lifetime experience and visit to bana hills was memorable 💝
