For balance payment, you may pay in cash (USD, series 2012 or newer) or by POS machine upon arrival (charged in VND, 3% fee applies).

If you cancel:

  • 30 days or more before departure: Deposit is non-refundable
  • 15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 14 days or no-show: No refund
