You can pay for the Phu Quoc tour package via online payment (OnePay) using international debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB) with a 3% service fee. International bank transfers are also accepted; details will be provided after booking. For balance payment, you may pay in cash (USD, series 2012 or newer) or by POS machine upon arrival (charged in VND, 3% fee applies).
If you cancel:
- 30 days or more before departure: Deposit is non-refundable
- 15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee applies
- Within 14 days or no-show: No refund
If we cancel due to unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option.
