The Best of Vietnam Beaches: A 10-Day Journey from South to North

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam! Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your guide and comfortably transferred to your hotel. After completing check-in according to the hotel’s standard time (approximately 14:00 – 15:00), the remainder of the day is free at leisure.

This relaxed start allows you to unwind after your journey or take a gentle walk to explore the vibrant atmosphere of the city at your own pace before your coastal escape begins.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

In the morning, you will begin your journey with a scenic drive of nearly two hours from Ho Chi Minh City to My Tho, passing through lush rice fields and rural landscapes.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a relaxing Mekong River cruise, where vibrant local life unfolds along the riverbanks. As you glide along the water, you will pass the famous Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix Islands.

At Unicorn Island, you will visit a coconut candy workshop, experience a peaceful rowing boat ride through natural canals, and sample seasonal tropical fruits while listening to traditional Southern Vietnamese music. You will also visit a local bee farm, where you can learn about beekeeping and enjoy fresh honey.

In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City, with a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda, the largest and most significant pagoda in the Mekong Delta, showcasing a unique blend of Vietnamese, Khmer, and Chinese architecture.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

You will be picked up by your private driver (no guide) and transferred to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight to Phu Quoc.

Upon arrival on Phu Quoc Island, your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in (approximately 14:00 – 15:00), the remainder of the day is free at leisure.

This is the perfect time to relax on the beach, enjoy the sea breeze, and embrace the tranquil island atmosphere. Meals are in your own arrangement.

Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.

In the morning, your driver will transfer you to Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, a vast semi-wildlife park. You will spend 2-4 hours exploring different zones where animals live in natural habitats. Arriving early allows you to observe animals at their most active and capture memorable photos in the fresh morning light.
Note: Bus service within the zoo area is excluded.

In the afternoon, continue your journey to VinWonders Phu Quoc, the largest theme park in Vietnam. Here, you will enjoy a dynamic mix of attractions, from thrilling rides to immersive themed zones designed for all interests. You can also explore the impressive aquarium, where vibrant marine life unfolds before your eyes, and enjoy the captivating mermaid show, adding a magical ocean-inspired highlight to your experience.

After a day filled with excitement, return to your hotel.

Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.

At 08:00, you will be picked up from your hotel and begin the day with a visit to the Pearl Center, the largest showroom in Phu Quoc.

By 09:00, you will arrive at An Thoi Harbor and board your boat to explore four of the most scenic islands in southern Phu Quoc. At Namaste Islet, you may change into swimwear and experience seawalking (optional, at your own cost).

You will then visit Fingernail Island (Mong Tay Island), known for its crystal-clear waters, soft sandy beaches, and calm waves, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. Continue to Gam Ghi Island (Dam Ngang), where you can snorkel and admire vibrant coral reefs beneath the surface.

Next, visit May Rut Trong or May Rut Ngoai Island, famous for its long stretch of beach and coconut-lined scenery. The swaying coconut trees and pristine surroundings create a true tropical paradise.

Afterward, the canoe will take you to Hon Thom Island, where you will enjoy a buffet lunch featuring local cuisine.

In the afternoon, explore Aquatopia Water Park, the largest water theme park in Southeast Asia, with more than 20 exciting attractions.

The highlight of the day is a scenic cable car ride lasting approximately 25 minutes, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and islands, especially during sunset.

You will also visit Mediterranean Town (Sunset Town), a stunning coastal area inspired by the Amalfi Coast of Italy. Colorful architecture, blue sea, white sand, and golden sunshine create a unique and captivating atmosphere.

The bus will pick you up at An Thoi Station, and at around 18:00, you will return to your hotel.

Overnight on Phu Quoc Island.

Enjoy free time until your driver (no guide) transfers you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang.

Upon arrival, your guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in (approximately 14:00 – 15:00). Meals are in your own arrangement.

The remainder of the day is free, allowing you to relax by the beach or enjoy the coastal charm of Da Nang.

Overnight in Da Nang.

In the morning, travel from Da Nang to Ba Na Hills (approximately 45 minutes). Upon arrival, take a scenic cable car ride to the mountaintop resort, offering spectacular views of mountains and forests.

At the summit, visit the iconic Golden Bridge, held by giant stone hands, and explore the charming French Village with its European-inspired architecture. You will also enjoy various attractions at Fantasy Park and visit Linh Ung Pagoda, adding a cultural touch to your experience.

Lunch will be served at a shared buffet restaurant, where you can choose between local and Indian cuisine.

Note: Alpine coaster rides, wine cellar visits, wax museums, and paid games at Fantasy Park are excluded.

Return to Da Nang in the afternoon.

Overnight in Da Nang.

Enjoy free time until your private transfer takes you to the airport for your flight to Hanoi.

Upon arrival, your guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in (approximately 14:00 – 15:00). Meals are in your own arrangement.

The rest of the day is free at leisure, allowing you to relax or explore the city at your own pace.

Overnight in Hanoi.

At 05:00, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a journey to Halong Bay.

At 08:00, you will check in at the lounge before boarding a premium day cruise. At 09:00, enjoy a light breakfast while cruising past thousands of limestone islets across Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

At 10:30, visit Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave in the bay. At 11:30, continue to Titov Island, where you can swim or climb to the top for panoramic views.

At 12:00, enjoy a premium lunch onboard while passing scenic landscapes.

In the afternoon, explore Luon Cave by kayaking (optional) or bamboo boat (optional). At 14:30, relax with live music on the sundeck or join a cooking demonstration.

At 16:00, disembark and return to Hanoi. Dinner is at your own arrangement.
