Excellent trip to Vietnam
Xavia and Seni World did an amazing job. The tours were well planned and customized to meet our interests, and the hotels were all at great locations. They were always willing to adjust things as necessary. Xavia in particular is the most responsible and attentive travel agent I have worked with. She was always available to plan things before the trip and during the trip she would monitor our travel plans regularly and made sure everything from flights to hotel check in/ out to tours went smoothly. In addition, they partner with excellent tour operators and guides for the day long tours. The tours guides also were also very responsive to our individual preferences. What an amazing planning and execution trip it was by Seni world. Guides and cabs were on spot on time, not even 1 min more late, trust me. Initially Gwen had helped us with selecting the package and we had customised or rather requested few decoration to be done for our Anniversary and it came out amazing. Gwen didn’t force us or upscale any services or package which I really liked. We have options to select different hotels too. Sarah had been constantly touch with us throughout our tour in Vietnam. She was constantly in touch with us. Rooms were booked with good views. She even suggested some places to visit during our free time. Even Ngoc Huyen, had helped in booking airport cab at right time, we had more time to enjoy our last day. Any first timers visiting Vietnam can trust Seni world easily. Vietnamtours curated this trip for my girls group based on our priorities and needs.. we did not want the complete package as we had our own plans in btn, everything was accommodated perfectly by Emi. She is a kind soul and was assisting throughout the trip and helped us to coordinate with the driver and our guide! Even the minor changes we requested on the day were happily incorporated based on their availability. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed every bit of Vietnam !
