6-Day Tour Ho Chi Minh and Danang from Kolkata

Welcome you to Ho Chi Minh – the biggest city in Vietnam.

On arrival, you will be picked up by our guide and transferred to your hotel to check in and take a short rest. The room is at your disposal from 02:00 PM onwards.

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will start the trip to depart for My Tho, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.

Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around country lane and seeing orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, folk song music which performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation.

Riding a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself in the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honey-bee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoy cool breeze for those can’t join the cycling trip.

Afterwards, you will be back to Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

In the morning, check out the hotel. Then your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and after leaving Ho Chi Minh City, we drive about 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Ben Dinh tunnels, Cu Chi. We may stop along the way for refreshments and toilet.

Upon arrival, you’ll watch a brief of propaganda video, which explains how the tunnels were used to successfully defeat American military forces in combat.

The tour continues and the guide explains some traps that were placed in the jungles of Viet Nam to either maim American soldiers or create panic amongst the ranks.

From here, you can enter one of the tunnel entrances and crawl through the tunnels is a real experience to imagine how people could live there for an extended period!

There is a shooting range where you can try to fire an automatic or semi-automatic weapon for a fee (this fee is not included)

Take some rest at the end for a taste of Cu Chi boiled tapioca and thinking what humans are capable of when having to defend their home.

After a short rest, you will be taken to the airport for a short flight to Danang. Dinner own your own. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Ba Na Hills (35km) and take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na Hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, The Old Villas of French, the Golden Bridge…

Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – the top of Ba Na range, visiting Nghinh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden… Experience hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour.

Buffet lunch will be severed at the restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will be free for joining games in Fantasy Park – the third biggest indoor games zone in Vietnam with series of interesting games: 4 – 5D film, skiver, The death race, dinosaur park… (2 hours). Or discover Ba Na hills on your own.

Around 03:00 PM, we will transfer back the cable car and head to Danang. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

07:30 – 08:00 AM: We’ll pick you up at hotel and transfer to Marble Mountains

08:30 AM: Arrive in Marble Mountains and stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures – the most impressive handicrafts village in Da Nang.

09:00 – 10:30 AM: check in the Marble Mountains by climbing up to the top (elevator is optional). Here we will see beautiful pagodas which were built in the 19th century by the last dynasty of Vietnam monarchy, visit Huyen Khong and Tang Chon caves.

10:30 – 11:00 AM: Keep going to see the biggest fascinating cave named Am Phu. You will learn interesting philosophies of Buddhism and take photos of amazing natural creations.

11:00 AM: Have lunch at the local restaurant with local and authentic Vietnamese cuisines.

11:45 AM: Our van will transfer you to the next stop – Monkey Mountains. A giant statue of Lady Buddha with beautiful background such as mountains and huge garden of bonsai would draw your attention. You will definitely get lost in the garden of heaven with gripping stories when gently walking and enjoying a fresh breeze.

01:00 PM: Tour ends and we will head back to your hotel.
