On 24 July 2026, the Seniworld team in Vietnam was delighted to welcome Katrine Puttick back to the country. Katrine has been a long-standing Brand Ambassador for Vietnamtour.co.za, the Vietnam travel brand serving travellers from South Africa. After another year, it was wonderful to see a familiar face return to the office. The team was ready to greet Katrine with warm smiles, enthusiastic hellos and plenty of time to catch up. What followed was a cheerful reunion filled with conversations, laughter and photographs — a simple but meaningful moment for everyone who has known Katrine through her many years with Vietnamtour.co.za.
A Warm Welcome at the Seniworld Office
On 24 July 2026, the Seniworld office welcomed Katrine Puttick back with warm smiles, laughter and a room full of familiar faces — a reunion years in the making.
There was a real sense of excitement around the Seniworld office as the team prepared to welcome Katrine. When she arrived, familiar faces gathered to greet her with warm smiles and enthusiastic hellos. After so many years of knowing one another, the welcome quickly felt less like a formal business visit and more like catching up with an old friend.
There were greetings, laughter and plenty of conversation as everyone gathered around Katrine. Team members took the opportunity to catch up, share stories and enjoy some time together after another year apart.
The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful from the start. No elaborate programme was needed — simply having everyone together again was enough to make the occasion special.
Of course, a reunion like this would not be complete without photographs.
The team gathered with Katrine for group pictures, capturing the smiles and happy moments of her return. Some photos were carefully posed, while others captured the more spontaneous moments of everyone enjoying being together. Looking back at the pictures, the warmth of the welcome is easy to see.

From Her First Vietnam Trip to a Lasting Connection
Katrine’s connection with Vietnam began long before these annual visits.
Her first trip was a solo journey to a country she had never visited before. She did not speak the language, did not know anyone there and was stepping well outside her usual comfort zone.
But Vietnam quickly surprised her.
From the warm air and busy streets to the colourful markets, Vietnamese coffee, food and incredibly friendly people, there were new experiences everywhere she looked. What was originally planned as a fourteen-day trip eventually became a month-long stay.
That first journey left a lasting impression. Vietnam went from being an unfamiliar destination on her bucket list to a place that Katrine felt deeply connected to — a country she would return to many times and eventually come to consider a home away from home.
Her relationship with Vietnamtour.co.za grew from that experience too. After discovering the country for herself, Katrine became a Brand Ambassador for the company and began sharing her own enthusiasm for Vietnam with travellers in South Africa.
