Vietjet Honored with “Excellence in Aviation Services & Customer Experience India 2025”

Vietjet has been honored with the “Excellence in Aviation Services & Customer Experience” award at the ET Leadership Excellence Awards 2025 by the Times of India Group, becoming the only foreign airline recognized this year.

The award, one of India’s most prestigious business honors, acknowledges companies with outstanding performance, innovation, and community impact.

Since 2019, Vietjet has pioneered direct flights between India and Vietnam, now operating 10 routes connecting Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang with Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. The airline runs 44 return flights weekly, carrying over 1.8 million passengers in the past three years with an 81% load factor, leading the low-cost segment in reliability and innovation.

Vietjet enhances passenger experience with four fare classes, attractive promotions, vegetarian and Halal meals, and unique inflight activities such as yoga sessions and cultural events during Diwali and Holi. It has advanced digital transformation through multi-platform booking, PayU payment, SkyJoy membership, Amy AI assistant, and a streamlined customer journey.

Committed to sustainability, Vietjet promotes green operations with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and supports cultural exchange and startups through initiatives like the Startup Flight.
