• This program does not apply to bookings for individual services such as visas or flights.
• Employees, affiliates, and direct partners of Vietnamtour.in are not eligible for rewards or the Grand Prize.

• Participants must register through the official registration form with accurate information.
• Each participant will receive a unique referral code via email after successful registration.
• Referral codes are non-transferable and for personal use only.
• Duplicate registrations by the same individual are not permitted.

• Participants are responsible for sharing their referral code with potential customers.
• All personal details provided during registration must be valid and up to date.
• Any misuse of referral codes (fake referrals, self-referrals, or fraud) will result in disqualification.

• Only bookings for full-package tours qualify for referral rewards.
• Individual service bookings (visas, flights, hotels only, etc.) do not qualify.
• Referred customers must be at least 12 years old.
• The referral code must be provided at the time of booking.
• Cancelled or partially completed trips do not qualify for referral rewards.

• Participants earn 10 Points for each adult traveler (12+ years) who completes their trip.
• Each 50 Points = $50 redeemable.
• Cash rewards are paid only after referred customers complete their trip.
• Payment processing takes up to 30 business days after the trip completion.
• Vietnamtour.in reserves the right to verify all referrals before processing payments.

• The Grand Prize winner is determined by the highest number of referrals by 31st January 2026.
• Bookings are accepted from 1st October 2025 to 31st January 2026.
• The Grand Prize is a 5-Star 5-Day/4-Night Vietnam Tour for 2 people, valued at $3,000 USD.
• The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The trip must be taken within 12 months of winning and is subject to availability.
• The prize covers domestic flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, and guided experiences as specified in the prize itinerary. Extra expenses (shopping, personal services, upgrades, etc.) are the winner’s responsibility.
• If two or more participants have the same number of referrals, the person who reached that number first (earlier in time) will be the winner.

• Personal information collected will be used solely for Program administration.
• The Company will not share participant information with third parties except as required by law.
• Participants consent to the use of their name, testimonials, and photos (if provided voluntarily) for marketing purposes.

• Vietnamtour.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated via email and Facebook announcements.
• Participants will be given reasonable notice of any changes.

• All disputes must be reported within 15 days of the incident.
• Vietnamtour.in’s decision on all Program matters is final and binding.

• Vietnamtour.in is not liable for technical failures, network issues, or other factors beyond its control.
• Participants join at their own risk and the Company disclaims all warranties.
• The Company is not responsible for changes in travel regulations, visa denials, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) that may impact travel.
