Your friends and family can use your referral code when filling out any inquiry form on our website or mentioning it to our travel consultant.

- Accumulate 50 points to redeem $50 USD (transferred to your Indian bank account).

Once you complete your trip with Vietnamtour.in, you’ll receive a unique referral code. If you haven’t received it, simply register on our website, and we’ll send it to you.
Simply share your referral code with your family and friends in any way. They can use it when booking their tour via our website or by providing it to our travel consultant.

- The referral program is only available to customers who have completed a trip with Vietnamtour.in.
- Referred individuals must be at least 12 years old and book a full-package tour. This program does not apply to bookings for individual services such as visas or flights.
2. Referral Code Usage:
- The referral code must be provided at the time of booking via our website inquiry form or to our travel consultant directly.
- Each referral code is unique and can only be used by new customers who have not previously traveled with Vietnamtour.in.
3. Reward Accumulation:
- Referrers earn 10 Loyal Points per successful referral, with points redeemable only after reaching a minimum of 50 Loyal Points.
- For every 50 Loyal Points, referrers are eligible to redeem $50 USD (or equivalent in INR).
4. Reward Processing:
- Loyal Points can be redeemed for $50 USD (or equivalent in INR) each time they accumulate to 50 points and will be transferred to the referrer’s Indian bank account within 15 days after eligibility is confirmed.
- Travel credits are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the referrer.
5. Program Validity:
- The referral program applies to new bookings made after the launch date of this program and cannot be backdated.
6. Cancellations and Invalid Referrals:
- If the referred customer cancels their trip, the referral will not be counted, and no rewards will be granted.
- Referral codes cannot be shared, duplicated, or used fraudulently. Vietnamtour.in reserves the right to disqualify referrals that violate these terms.
7. Changes to the Program:
- Vietnamtour.in reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
8. Dispute Resolution:
- In case of disputes regarding rewards or eligibility, the decision of Vietnamtour.in will be final.
